Update: tech support got back to me this morning and assured me the data is in the system, it's just some rogue filter getting in the way.

I'm eager to learn how much time I spent on this issue. :-)

EDIT: update on update - the data is back after clearing out cookies. I spent 2.25 hours on this thread :-(
