I wonder if there's a 'Godwin's Law'-analogue for this quote [1]. It's one of the first things that I thought when I saw the article, and we're not the only ones: emilion thought of it, too (https://news.ycombinator.com/item?id=7992318).

[1] To be fair, Godwin's Law is not quite the right comparison: unlike references to Nazis, I think that this quote actually does contribute something to the discussion, by succinctly describing an interesting consequence of trying to decide if axioms are 'really true' (obvious / intuitive / whatever).
