What is the British one?

(for those who don't know, the USA one is the "Miranda rights" read to anyone who is arrested)


At a guess, I'd go with:

  "O, wonder!  
  How many goodly creatures are there here!  
  How beauteous mankind is! O brave new world,

But that's possibly a bit of a stretch here.
