Europe can do basically nothing. Funniest was German solar panels. They tried to fight American panels with 50% taxes, but American lost to Chinese. Even 200% wont help now.

I actually remember when folding 10W panel was 180€ in Germany, 60$ in USA and 10€ in Aliexpress.
