Walmart boosts some top managers to over $600k a year (axios.com)

Walmart is well subsidized by US taxpayers as many of its workers receive food stamps.

Until we get a breakdown of the salary distribution, the increased cap is meaningless. The cap could be 10M/year and 0% of managers would get it. An increase in the median pay would be meaningful.

Roughly a 30% potential total comp raise for starting market managers, 322k to 420k. The total comp cap for a senior market manager is $200k over starting.
