Hi HN, I am the author of this article. I am posting it here in hopes that some of you may have insight into the second half of the story, which is about a potential violation of the DOTGOV act, and confusion about whether a website created to host the Environmental Impact Statement for this project is actually owned by the federal government.

It seems there are also quite a few people on here who work on/adjacent to aviation and/or the DOD. I welcome any criticisms and am happy to answer any questions..
