My whole life is in documents in that Google Workspace I once accidentally deleted a GSuite 5 years ago and all documents were gone and non recoverable. I’m very careful now when playing with this subscription.

I really hope you have backups for your whole life…no cloud service is reliable enough to trust as your only copy.

For any crucial data, you do want backups, outside of Google. It could become accessible or removed due to other factors outside of your control.
