Job Description: We are seeking a talented and motivated Execution Trading Systems Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance trading systems with a focus on low-latency execution. As a key member of our technology team, you will have the opportunity to work on complex and critical systems that power our trading infrastructure.

Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and optimize low-latency trading systems using C++. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into efficient and reliable software solutions. - Implement and enhance trading algorithms and strategies. - Conduct performance analysis and optimization of trading systems to achieve low latency. - Work on high bandwidth, low latency distributed message-based systems - Work on improving system efficiency, scalability, and stability. - Collaborate with traders, quantitative analysts, and other stakeholders to understand their needs and provide technical solutions. - Conduct thorough testing, debugging, and code reviews to ensure high-quality and robust software.

Requirements: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. - Strong proficiency in C++ programming language and systems programming. - Solid understanding of low-latency software development principles and techniques. - Proven experience in designing and developing high-performance trading systems or similar low-latency systems. - Experience with multithreading, network programming, and concurrent data structures. - Solid knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles. - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues in a time-sensitive environment. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills. - Self-motivated and eager to learn about new technologies and industry trends.

Preferred Qualifications: - Experience with exchange connectivity and market data feeds. - Knowledge of electronic trading protocols (e.g., FIX, FAST). - Familiarity with Linux/Unix operating systems. - Familiarity with algorithmic trading concepts and execution strategies. - Prior experience with high-frequency trading (HFT) or ultra-low-latency systems.

Compensation Range - 150k-300k (base) + cash bonus
