Binance Holdings Ltd., the world’s largest cryptocurrency exchange, and Chief Executive Officer Changpeng Zhao, were sued by the US Commodity Futures Trading Commission for allegedly breaking trading and derivatives rules.
The CFTC filed the lawsuit Monday in federal court in Chicago.

We'll have to wait for a more detailed analysis. Though Matt Levine did write about this on Thursday so I look forward to his email this afternoon.
The complaint is very damning. They have receipts showing that the CEO directed the company to set up a sham compliance department to evade restrictions and sanctions. Also there's all the historic fraud and market manipulation. Hard to see them survive this.
