He ended up in solitary due to his recidivism. He can’t help himself and will abuse the system in a maximally vexatious manner unless locked in a box where nobody can hear him.

It’s not pretty, but if he could come to understand the nature of his crimes and cease committing new ones, his problems would eventually end.



And locking him in a box is a very good strategy to help him get there, of course.
