I think I would need a bit more detail than this. Most such accidents happen because of human error. There is no indication that there was a software or hardware issue, at this time.


Just to nitpick: Human error during programming is still human error.

I realize this car didn't have "FSD" so i don't even know why it appears on HN.


I agree, but just to be clear, when I said "human error" I was referring to errors that may have been committed by the operator of the vehicle.

I think "operator error" would be everyone's default assumption for any other make of vehicle, or if the make had not been mentioned.
