Googling for "Pre-Seed Accelerator" seems to yield a few hits; it seems that this idea (at least in the finance community) seems to be (and pardon my use of lingo!) "gaining traction"...
Also, I wouldn't mind seeing a web page or Wikipedia page, comparing all known Pre-Seed Accelerators...
