There has recently been severe weather in my area including tornado warnings. My phone has either been:

1. Super delayed with alerts 2. Received no alerts at all

There was a tornado warning issued this morning and my family member got the alert on their Pixel 3 but I didn't receive anything at all.

What could I do to diagnose this issue?
