You mean as Siberia turns into beautiful sunlit coastal area?

I've long suggested buying seaside plots there as a viable investment strategy, with the only issue not knowing where the coast will be :D

I agree. I’m just pointing out that Russia will be a superpower again one day due to inaction on climate change. Far too little and too late.


I’m sure the peoples republic of northern China will enjoy them very much.


That’s a good point. They’ve had border clashes before in the 1960s. It’s going to happen again.


They already have 10x more land than they can do anything productive with.


My point is that this will change given that we’re past the point of no return with climate change. To be clear, I’m not championing them. I’m just stating a highly likely future.
