Yeah well I'd pay for the medical care I need, regardless of insurance. Not everybody can do that, and I know it. Kid of a 'first-world' problem I guess.

But get used to a brave new world of stand in line/shotgun medicine where you get a diagnosis from the hip of a bored assembly-line 'doctor' who long ago forgot why they went to medical school.
