By completely, I mean there's no suggestions whatsoever, and I said "until you type the entire word".

You don't get to redefine the definition of "completely" just to make your argument sound better.

Suggestions
are
completely disabled while typing the blocked words. If I said partially, that would imply that suggestions are still given while typing the blocked words, excluding the blocked word itself.
