I see Khan Academy as disruptive technology and not apart of the education system. In fact I use Khan in homeschooling. But the real issue that is stifling eduction

Khan Academy is not disruptive technology (at least not yet). It is great teaching material delivered on Youtube, which is the disruptive technology.
