I use a MacBook charger with my iPhone every night...

Using the USB-C cable that came with your MacBook? Or a cable you paid extra for?

Using the USB-C to Lightning cable that came with their iPhone. They still ship with that.

I think you misspelled prototype.

I think there are probably plenty of commercial devices for which the raspberry pi compute module makes perfect sense. Think about things like PoS terminals, information kiosks, digital signage. Why would you bother making your own hardware for those when a raspberry pi is exactly what you want and way cheaper.

Or, keep your dot files in a public/private Git repo and don't worry about that either. Also makes setting up new machines/users a breeze.

Yeah why would anyone not version control their dot files

This cable targets the host computer it's plugged in to, not the phone.

Was wondering the same thing, the developer indicated it does via Twitter: https://twitter.com/contextsapp/status/1138209813714821120
