Flink might sound like the holy grail of streaming data processing, but for 95% of us, it's just a complex headache we don't need.

Not going to disclose that but you can make a guess on % if you analyze the S3 write/read ops a ClickHouse server does with regular or compact parts in a simple table (with a few columns) writing once per second

Thanks.

I re-used all scripts and didn't even notice the linux version.

I don't think is going to happen often, but definitely happens. We see that more than anyone would do because we run a lot of different workload types, any possible combination of types/sql/engines...

Running postgres in my previous company we saw a few of them as well and I'd consider postgres a "production grade" system.

We found a way to organize large SQL decomposing them in smaller chunks and organize those chunks like in a "jupiter notebook" so you also see results for intermediate results, an example:

Dark mode is very useful for people with "eye problems", for example, eye floaters are small black points you see all the time, they usually appear with the age, dark mode make them "disapear" making you brain happier.

Thanks whoever started dark mode trend

I've got floaters, they are never a concern when reading in dark or light mode until someone reminds me of them.

So byebye anecdotal eye floater guy who supports dark mode.

I also have floaters, which are visible against a white background regardless of screen brightness, and so I also prefer dark modes for that reason.

Just to complete your comment, the animation layer is done with torque.js:
