I remember reading this story in NYT also. Are you thinking about the town of Vò?

If so, here is a related article about how they tested everyone there: https://www.theguardian.com/world/2020/mar/18/scientists-say...

Recently in Argentina there were news of a case were 400 people in a boat were exposed, quarantined and then tested. From official government sources, of all that tested positive, 70% were asymptomatic.

Edit: I rechecked, the numbers are right but apparently this has been the first test. It hasn't passed enought time to see if those that tested positive, but were asymptomatic, later on develop symptoms.

Under "Properties Leased to The We Company," this is very interesting:

"As of June 30, 2019, future undiscounted minimum lease payments under these leases were approximately $236.6 million, which represents 0.5% of the Company’s total lease commitments as of June 30, 2019."

Has anyone here seen the show What/If, about a biotech start-up? This is one of those shows that was one of Netflix's "dart thrown at the wall"--terrible acting, unrealistic representation of start-up/VC world, etc. Just really, really bad.

Antifragile by Nassim Nicholas Taleb.
