DDG and Apple? seems fishy

Dropshipping underwears from Blackspade @ Turkey and charging customers with x5 price?

Haha, ding ding ding we have a winner.

Is this actually what they do, or is it a joke that went over my head?

Former employee from there, that's exactly what they do. Shipments come private labeled from turkey.

wow, so much for disrupting the underwears space

A ton of these new D2C brands are just OEM wrappers - don't know if meundies is one of them but I would not be surprised

Reminds me of dollar shave club which has flashy marketing but basically just resells another companies razers that you can buy directly from Amazon (dorco razers)

Their main selling point is that you get them each month on an interval, but I’ve never understood that. I can order the same razers from amazon whenever I want and they’re here in a few days.

It's not Digital Ocean's fault. It seems like CloudFlare, Twitter and Facebook's EU servers are down too..

I am in Europe, and I can reach Facebook's EU servers just all right :-).

It actually means "The Sinner Family". You're AK it, dont you?

It actually means "Sons of Sinners".

"Haram" means sin and "zade" is the "mac-" prefix You're AK it, dont you?

Let's hope that they release Glass in June 25.

I can't wait for Google's fleet of personal spy drones to violate my privacy even further.

You have no expectation of privacy while in public.

Actually I do expect a certain degree of privacy while in public. No everyone is comfortable with Google spying and data mining everything they can get their hands on.

I wonder if Google has plans for a competing VR to the rift.

Are they ready to release that?

I was going to get the development version. Should I wait after June 25?

From Turkish Medical Association's press release:

“There is the interest lobby behind Gezi Park protests.”

“They had alcohol in Dolmabahçe Mosque.”

“They assaulted my sisters covering their hair.”

As physicians we are following with worry the discriminating, stigmatizing and polarizing discourse adopted by Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdoğan since Gezi Park protests.

We were actually appalled hearing what he said yesterday in Gaziantep about Berkin Elvan.

Normally, no one would try to bring two families both losing their child in confrontation. Normally, no one would declare as “terrorist” a 15 years old child shot by police while out for buying a loaf of bread and lost his life after 269 days of struggle for survival.

Normally, no one would slant playing marbles as if they were cannonballs to fire.

Normally, no one would provoke a rally crowd to protest a mother who lost her child only two days ago.

We are physicians.

We know about to many psychological and emotional states of human beings.

We are worried about the emotional state of Prime Minister Erdoğan.

We are utterly worried.

Indeed worried about himself, his close circles and our country.

And we share our worries with public.

They even blocked DNS servers.. Sadly, Erdogan thinks that if people can't access to Twitter, they can't access to corruption tapes.

The turks are very sophisticated, it might stop the rurals from getting to twitter but not people in teh cities.

They would have to block every VPN provider on the planet.

A good friend of mine is in Turkey. I just fired up a few droplets on Digital Ocean for his friends and family to use as VPN's.

It only takes about ten minutes per VPS to set everything up.

I was in Istanbul, southern, central and eastern Turkey over six weeks during the protests, wonderful people everyone.

yes we are :)
