Founder here,

As an engineer, I've personally experienced the challenge of prioritising integrations for business teams (like marketing, sales, and support). It's common for many engineers, including myself sometimes, to be less enthusiastic about working on tasks such as syncing data with platforms like Salesforce. This hesitancy can affect the company's prioritisation process, often resulting in more exciting projects being prioritised over those seen as mundane but essential.

Marketing and growth teams need access to customer data to quickly try out new experiments. For example, they may want to offer discounts to customers with high lifetime value (LTV) or prioritise support tickets from paying customers. Even with these strong business cases, integrations were always still hard to prioritise due to lack of engineering bandwidth.

Multiwoven makes it easy to connect company data with business tools using a no code interface, allowing business teams to use real-time data without needing constant help from engineers.

Multiwoven is open source, letting users deploy it on their own infrastructure. Many start with paid cloud services for data integration, but once the data movement scale hits critical mass the pricing becomes counterproductive and they look for alternatives.

Curious to hear from those regularly working with Salesforce, Marketo, HubSpot, or other CRMs about challenges or horror stories with data integrations. We are eager for feedback to keep improving. Share your thoughts in the comments.
