You can check the numbers yourself on https://climobil.connecting-project.lu, comparing the ICE and BEV version of the same car (e.g. Volkswagen e-up offers both) and choosing the country where you would charge the vehicle. Poland seems the only country where the ICE comes out ahead I think. Note that this also includes the emissions for the battery production.

(Good link!)

Also Latvia, Estonia and Malta. And Kentucky, West Virginia, Wyoming.

Web push notifications are also delivered through APNS, the service worker only gets woken up once there is a notification, it doesn't poll, so that shouldn't be much different from a regular app.

No, it does not.

Reminds me of this project I saw a while ago on youtube: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7hfClQh3rxM

Wouldn't this just prevent people outside of Russia to visit sites on those TLDs? DNS servers based in Russia could (be coerced to) keep all domains that this would remove?

That is shocking, and seems enough to create a run on the bank on its own.

Also, why put a backdoor in the client if the server sees pretty much every message in plaintext?

they sort of do, albeit with a custom api and requiring you to register as a developer: https://developer.apple.com/notifications/safari-push-notifi...

Thanks for your suggestions. We've just had another look at the upcoming priorities for Hydrogen and I can confirm that both of those things are planned for the not-too-far future! Hard to commit to exact time frames, but you've been heard :)

or if you're not up for going cold turkey, just drastically reduce your intake. If you eat meat only once a week rather than every day, this already reduces your footprint massively.

This isn't realistic advice for most people eating meat every day. It's better to suggest trying to not eat meat for a single day per week as a start.
